Thai yoga is an ancient healing system that combines assisted yoga postures, acupressure, and stimulation of energy lines. Also known as yoga massage, assisted yoga, and or passive assisted stretching, Thai yoga respects the body's limitations while encouraging and nurturing enhancements in ones range of motion. Some additional benefits of Thai Yoga include, but are not limited to: deep relaxation; intentional quieting of the mind (parasympathetic activation); increased energy levels; improved circulation, and lymphatic flow; improved flexibility and range of motion; muscular tension relief; rejuvenation of the body & mind; as well as nurtured body-mind connection.
