Are you ready to take a deeper dive into Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) and its elemental healing potential? Join me at Brevard Yoga Center for the last workshop in this seasonal care series. Learn the basic tenets of Ayurveda and how to utilize its ancient healing wisdom for self-healing, care, and winter (vata season) nourishment.

Autumn is a time for rejuvenation, change, and restoration of balance. As nature moves through its transformative process, our bodies and minds need deep nourishment and rejuvenation.
Join, Amber for a 75-minute Ayurvedically-inspired fall yoga practice. Nurture awareness, warmth, restoration, and balance through gentle asana and pranayama. Following the practice we will enjoy an Ayurvedic lunch (vegetarian) that will further restore, rejuvenate, and strengthen our digestive powers helping us nourish and bolser immunity for a healthy season ahead!
